Streamline Your Business with Clover and DoorDash Integration

Clover has teamed up with DoorDash to streamline the online ordering process. With this integration, you can manage all your incoming orders directly from your Clover device—no more extra tablets cluttering your countertops or tracking orders in multiple places. The integration supports in-store pickup, scheduled orders, and DoorDash delivery, offering a seamless experience for both you and your customers.

Note: This integration is specifically designed for receiving orders through DoorDash.

Getting started:

1.      Log in to your Clover Dashboard and navigate to Account & Setup

2.      Under "Business Operations" click on Online Ordering.

3.      Under DoorDash, select Get started.

4.      Confirm your business information and select Continue

5.      Click Connect. You’ll be redirected to the DoorDash login page. Be sure to use the email associated with your DoorDash Merchant Portal account to sign in.

6.      You will be prompted to sync your store location with Clover. Choose the correct location from the dropdown menu, then click Continue.

7.      You’ll see a success message indicating that your store was synced with DoorDash. DoorDash will now begin validating your menu, which may take a few minutes.

8.      Once your menu is validated, you will see a confirmation message. Click Activate to start receiving DoorDash orders directly in Clover.
