3 steps to clear a Clover Flex paper jam

If the Clover Flex is encountering a printing issue? To troubleshoot this, please follow these steps below.

1. Pull open the printer cover on the rear of the device.

2. If there is paper left, check if it is loaded correctly, the paper must be loaded so it feeds up from the top of the roll.

3. Close the cover on the paper and reprint the receipt.
