How to reboot the Clover Flex?

If the Clover Flex is not turning on (showing a black screen)? To troubleshoot this, please follow these steps below.

1. Make sure the device is properly placed on charging cradle.

2. Hold the power button for 40 seconds

3. Release the power button then holds for a few seconds again until you see the Clover logo show on the screen. If the logo doesn't appear, but you see a battery icon instead, place your device in the charging cradle for at least 5 minutes, then hold the power button again.

If your Clover Flex still isn’t turning on, plug the USB Type-C charger into the charging point at the back of your device instead, then hold the power button again. If you don’t see anything appear on the screen after following the steps above, the device may be defective. Please contact Clover Support.
