Credit Card Surcharge program allows businesses to pass credit card transaction fees onto their customers at a fixed rate of 2.4%.
Businesses reserve the right to opt in and out of the program, it's not mandatory. Once enrolled, however, all credit card transactions are subject to the 2.4% rate and businesses cannot pick and choose when or whom to apply this charge to.
